Melissa & Woody 3.17.12

Magnolia had the honor of being there for Melissa and Woody on 3.17.12 for their wedding at Augusta Manor.  This was one of the most emotional weddings I have ever been to.  I was shooting through tears several times during the night!  I even got a little misty while I was editing...

Rebecca

Madena called me the other day and said " I have this girl that you absolutely have to do a test shoot with... she has the most amazing lines and her face is a photographers dream"  A week later we had it set up for Rebecca to come out for a play day in the studio and a quick step outside to Brown Street.

I adore this young woman...  She was a dream to shoot and has an amazing look.  Fun, sweet, sassy...  just amazing.

Hair, makeup and styling by Madena Turner.  Shoot was Todd this time, with Jon helping rig our lighting setup.

Scitina & Terrill 3/10/12

Busy weekend at the studio...  Jon and I went separate directions for weddings and each came at them with our own flair.  Scitina & Terrill were my couple of the weekend and we could not have had a more perfect couple, day, weather, or wedding.  Special thanks to Miss Tesha for helping me out second shooting on this one - she gets credit for several of these shots.  We were shooting in the gold room at the Westin Poinsett for the reception and that means roof shots!  I like to go gear heavy for the gold room as its a bit cavernous.  Couldn't have done it without you T!  Ceremony was at Augusta Manor ...  no one has the light in that venue dialed in like Jon and I.
